Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Lifecycle Management Platform Engineering to lead the PLM strategy, governance, and modernization across global R&D, product development, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory capabilities.

Reporting to the Executive Director of ERP & Value Chain Platform Engineering, this role drives enterprise PLM platform evolution, vendor assessments, and technical proof-of-concept activities, ensuring secure, scalable PLM capabilities aligned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/IT/Product Development or related field.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience governing enterprise PLM platforms or related enterprise technology orgs.
Experience with enterprise PLM platforms (e.g., ENOVIA, Teamcenter, SAP PLM) and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own platform roadmap, lifecycle strategy, modernization initiatives, and long-term evolution of the enterprise PLM platform.
Provide strategic oversight for engineering realization across EBS, partners, and Enterprise Platform Engineering.
Define platform priorities, roadmaps, modernization strategies, and long-term investment plans for enterprise PLM capabilities.
Lead governance, release management, platform lifecycle management, environment strategy, and delivery standards.
Ensure GxP validation readiness and compliance for platform changes with Quality and Validation teams.
Balance modernization with engineering quality, security, and operational stability.
