Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a transformational Executive Director, ERP & Value Chain Platform Engineering to lead enterprise SAP-centric platforms spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and PLM. You will set strategy, governance, and modernization roadmaps with executives across Product Design, Architecture, Security, and Operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership governing enterprise ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, or Value Chain platforms.
- Deep understanding of SAP ECC and SAP ecosystem for enterprise functions.
Responsibilities
- Own platform strategy, lifecycle, modernization, and long-term evolution of ERP & Value Chain platforms.
- Lead platform modernization to strengthen ERP capabilities and optimize end-to-end processes.
- Govern platform health, release readiness, environment strategy, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Build and lead a high-performing platform engineering organization with emphasis on AI-enabled practices.
