Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a Director of PLM Platform Engineering to define and execute the engineering strategy for the enterprise PLM platform supporting global R&D, product development, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory capabilities.

The role partners with Product, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic technology partners to deliver secure, scalable PLM capabilities that enable product innovation and lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Product Development, or related technical discipline.
8+ years of progressive leadership governing enterprise PLM platforms or enterprise technology.
Experience leading PLM platforms across R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory.

Responsibilities

Own platform roadmap, lifecycle strategy, modernization initiatives for enterprise PLM platform.
Provide governance for platform delivery, release management, and lifecycle across EBS and SI partnerships.
Lead engineering leadership for major PLM initiatives ensuring delivery excellence and organizational readiness.
Partner with Product, Enterprise Architecture and Quality to ensure validation, security, and data integrity in PLM deployments.
Drive modernization, automation, and long-term platform sustainability across global operations.
