Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Director of PLM Platform Engineering to lead enterprise PLM strategy, governance, and modernization across global R&D, product development, manufacturing, and quality functions.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, EBS, and SI to evaluate COTS PLM options, oversee migration from legacy systems, ensure security, compliance, and scalable platform delivery for product lifecycle excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of leadership governing enterprise PLM platforms or equivalent.
Deep understanding of PLM processes, platform architecture, and change management.

Responsibilities

Define platform strategy, ownership, and lifecycle for enterprise PLM platforms across R&D, development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory.
Provide governance for release management, platform lifecycle, environment strategy, and delivery standards.
Lead collaboration with Product, Enterprise Architecture, EBS, QA, and SI to deliver PLM modernization initiatives.
Mentor engineering leaders and promote modern practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with CSV, data integrity, and regulatory requirements across the PLM lifecycle.
