Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Senior Lead, Finance Platform Engineering to guide the Finance Platform Engineering organization and drive modernization of finance platforms across SAP ECC, OneStream, and related ERP environments. You will partner with Finance Product, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security to ensure secure, scalable deployments and ongoing platform health.
You will oversee engineering realization, governance, and lifecycle management, balancing technical leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, IT, Business, Accounting, Finance.
- 7+ years leading enterprise Finance platforms or ERP tech in global orgs.
- Deep SAP ECC and SAP ecosystem experience for Finance capabilities.
- Experience with OneStream, SAP ECC modernization, and Finance transformations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership for Finance Platform Engineering and managing managers.
- Lead engineering realization across EBS and partners to deliver approved requirements.
- Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and platform standards.
- Drive governance, quality, and platform optimization across Finance solutions.
