3E is seeking a globally focused leader to elevate our customer implementations function. You will guide a distributed team delivering complex enterprise deployments, post-sale value realization, and renewals through scalable processes, governance, and measurable outcomes.

This role reports to the VP of Customer Experience and collaborates across Product, Sales, Support, and Technology. Based in the Eastern Time Zone and eligible to work remotely, you will drive delivery discipline, risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation and delivery operations.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with enterprise products or portfolios with meaningful commercial scale (>= $5M ARR).
• Strong ability to link implementation work to customer value and revenue protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Customer Implementations team for complex deployments.
• Set delivery rhythms, expectations, and accountability to improve execution.
• Define standards for delivery quality, go-live readiness, and value realization.
• Build scalable practices with project plans, governance, and RACI models.
• Enhance risk management and early identification of project health issues.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen handoffs and customer outcomes.
