Job summary

3E is seeking a leader to enhance its global implementation function. You will head a global team responsible for new customer implementations, post-sale value realization, and projects supporting renewals and expansions.

You will partner with executives to build scalable processes, improve delivery visibility, manage risks, and accelerate customer value. This role reports to the VP of Customer Experience and supports remote work in EST, with preferred proximity to East Coast offices for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or delivery operations with focus on customer value and revenue impact.
• 6+ years leading global, distributed, or multi-region teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise software implementations, multi-product deployments, regulatory complexity.
• Experience supporting enterprise products with meaningful commercial scale (ideally >$5M ARR).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer Implementations team for complex deployments across portfolio.
• Build scalable implementation processes, improve visibility, manage risks, accelerate value realization.
• Define delivery standards, RACI models, governance, and communication practices.
• Drive post-sale value realization to support renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to strengthen handoffs and outcomes.
