Job summary

HCSS, based in Sugar Land, TX, seeks a Strategic Project Manager to close the gap between strategy and execution for GTM transformations. You will align Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS, and IT across multi-project workstreams, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will own the program plan, enablement infrastructure, and change-management framework, reporting to the VP GTM Strategy & Operations as part of the GTM leadership team. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Experience leading change management for technology deployments or org redesigns.
• Ability to align competing priorities across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Ability to craft concise executive summaries and present status to VP/C-level audiences.
• Understanding of how Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps interact in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the master GTM program plan with enablement tracks and dependencies.
• Maintain the master project plan, timelines, and gate criteria across six workstreams.
• Lead weekly program status cadence and prepare materials for leadership.
• Maintain the Task Tracker as the source of truth for tasks and owners.
• Produce bi-weekly executive program summaries for RevOps and leaders.
