Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. You will lead GTM programs end-to-end, translating objectives into integrated plans and driving measurable business outcomes across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product.

The role is hybrid/remote in the United States, reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO. You will apply PMO standards, manage dependencies, and coach teams to successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, including cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing and executing integrated program plans across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps.
• Proven ability to partner with GTM teams to align objectives and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations.
• Experience using PMO tools, trackers, dashboards, and shared documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation programs end-to-end or significant workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, owners, and outcomes aligned to GTM priorities.
• Design governance, cadence, and forums to create visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data.
• Frame decisions with options and tradeoffs; communicate next steps for senior audiences.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigations and escalate when needed.
• Produce executive-ready updates, dashboards, and status summaries.
• Design change, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans within programs.
• Ensure launch-to-run readiness with ownership and post-launch stabilization.
