Job summary

Synopsys is seeking an experienced leader to own GTM systems, focusing on Salesforce as the primary CRM, CPQ implementations, and Clari integrations. You will partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Marketing, and IT to drive a unified roadmap and improve forecasting accuracy across a global team.

You will mentor professionals across regions, manage M&A CRM consolidations, and ensure system enhancements enhance user experience and sales velocity worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of GTM systems experience with Salesforce as CRM platform.
• Proven CPQ implementations in global sales environments (SFDC/Oracle).
• Forecasting and pipeline analytics experience with CRM integrations.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and data migrations.
• Mentor and lead cross‑region teams in a collaborative way.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and operations of Salesforce as the primary CRM.
• Define GTM systems roadmap with cross‑functional leadership.
• Oversee forecasting and pipeline analytics with Clari.
• Manage incentive compensation integrations with Anaplan.
• Drive integration of CRM platforms during acquisitions.
• Lead and mentor a global GTM systems team across time zones.
• Partner with analysts to optimize workflows and user experience.
