Job summary

Synopsys is seeking an experienced GTM Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of revenue operations platforms. You will coordinate across Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, and new AI tools to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

You will drive intake, prioritization, and execution planning for CPQ, campaign management, opportunity/lead management, and customer master data initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and agile leadership are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of program or project management experience focused on GTM or revenue operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, and Clari
Knowledge of GTM functions including CPQ, campaign management, opportunity management, lead management, and MDM
Experience with agile methodologies and running sprints, backlogs, and ceremonies
Strong ability to manage stakeholders across IT, GTM leadership, and Sales Ops

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of GTM platform projects and programs from IT
Handle intake, prioritization, and execution planning for initiatives across CPQ, campaign, opportunity, lead, and MDM
Run agile ceremonies to align cross-functional delivery teams
Bridge GTM leadership, process champions, Sales Ops, and technical teams
Maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Lead MDM and customer master initiatives with data governance across GTM stack
Identify opportunities to automate processes and integrate AI into GTM systems
