Job summary
Synopsys Inc is seeking a senior GTM Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of revenue operations platforms. You will coordinate across Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari and emerging AI tools to align business needs with IT capabilities.
You will run sprints, manage backlogs, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans for GTM leadership, Sales Ops and technical teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in GTM or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Salesforce, Anaplan and Clari
- Experience coordinating across IT, Sales Ops and GTM leadership
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of GTM platform projects and programs from the IT side
- Lead intake, prioritization, and planning for CPQ, campaign, opportunity and lead management
- Run agile ceremonies to keep cross-functional delivery teams aligned
- Bridge GTM leadership, process champions, Sales Ops and technical teams
- Maintain roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risk registers and dependencies
- Lead MDM and customer master initiatives for data quality and governance
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and embed AI into GTM systems
