DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and execute priority initiatives accelerating global revenue growth and optimizing GTM processes across the sales cycle.

It is a highly-visible, global role reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Programs. This individual contributor role emphasizes defining GTM strategy, removing friction, delivering data-driven insights, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver high ROI

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles, management consulting, private equity or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• 4+ years of experience working in/with SaaS companies.
• 4+ years of experience designing, executing and scaling GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, and/or GTM operating models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to support overarching vision and strategic GTM roadmap.
• Identify and eliminate operational friction with the sales organization and GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and others to drive growth initiatives.
