Job summary

Docusign is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to design, drive and execute priority initiatives that accelerate our global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the entire sales cycle. This highly-visible role will support analytics, content creation and initiatives essential for ensuring a cohesive strategy, seamless execution and maximum growth and revenue generation across all GTM functions.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles
• 2+ years working in/with SaaS companies
• 2+ years designing, executing and scaling GTM operating models
• Experience operating in complex matrixed environments
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to support the overarching GTM vision and strategic roadmap across the end-to-end motion
• Identify initiatives to reduce operational friction with the sales organization and GTM functions
• Incorporate AI, automation and advanced analytics to accelerate GTM processes
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, Product, Operations, HR, Legal and Finance to develop growth initiatives
• Collaborate with GTM analytics, sales plays and programs teams to execute GTM strategy
• Interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights and business impact
• Prepare presentations for C-suite and GTM leadership with data-driven insights
• Create executive-level slides and data-backed components for leadership reviews
• Support senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations
• Drive accountability and outcomes with the GTM strategy team
