DocuSign is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and execute priority initiatives that accelerate global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the entire sales cycle.

This highly visible, global role reports to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Programs. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to develop growth initiatives, convert data into insights, and present recommendations to the C-suite and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles
• 4+ years in SaaS companies
• 4+ years designing, executing and scaling GTM Strategy and operating models
• Experience operating in complex matrixed environments
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to define the overarching GTM vision and strategic roadmap across the end-to-end motion
• Identify and eliminate operational friction with the sales organization and GTM functions
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR, Finance and Legal to develop growth initiatives
• Work with GTM analytics and sales plays teams to execute strategy
• Translate large data sets into actionable insights for leadership
• Provide executives with data-driven insights and investment recommendations
• Build executive-level presentations and influence senior stakeholders
• Drive accountability with a focus on strategy and execution
