DocuSign is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to design, drive and execute initiatives that accelerate global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the entire sales cycle.

This highly-visible role supports analytics, content creation and initiatives essential for cohesive strategy, seamless execution and maximum growth. You will report to the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy & Programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles.
• 2+ years in SaaS companies.
• 2+ years designing, executing and scaling GTM operating models.
• Experience operating in complex matrixed environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis that supports the overarching GTM vision and strategic roadmap.
• Identify initiatives to eliminate operational friction with the sales organization and across GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and advanced analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, Product, Operations, HR, Legal and Finance to drive growth initiatives.
• Work with GTM analytics and sales plays teams to execute on strategy.
• Translate large data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready presentations with deep insights for the C-suite.
• Create data-driven slides for senior leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with GTM strategy team to drive accountability and execution.
