Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive, and execute priority initiatives that accelerate global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the sales cycle.

This high-visibility role reports to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Programs and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and other teams to deliver impactful growth outcomes. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier tech strategy and operations roles.
• 4+ years of experience working in/with SaaS companies
• 4+ years of experience designing, executing and scaling GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, and/or GTM operating models
• Experience operating and driving influence in complex matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design, drive and execute against global GTM initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.
• Define GTM strategy and architecture and remove friction across the sales cycle.
• Provide data-driven insights to C-suite and GTM leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and more to drive growth.
• Build executive-level presentations supported by data-driven insights.
