Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and optimize global GTM initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. This individual contributor role reports to the Sr.

Director, GTM Strategy & Programs, and requires partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR, Legal and Finance to deliver high ROI programs. The position is hybrid with in-office and remote work, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; the company emphasizes rigorous analytics

Qualifications

• 12+ years in tech strategy/operations or related consulting environments.
• 4+ years designing/executing GTM strategy and operating models in SaaS.
• Bachelor's or MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, drive and execute high-impact GTM initiatives across full sales cycle.
• Identify and remove operational friction with sales and GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and more to execute growth initiatives.
• Provide executives with data-driven insights and investment priorities.
