MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Customer Recruiting to lead our customer-facing recruiting team across North America and EMEA.

You will guide direct recruiters and regional leaders, partnering with senior executives to deliver high-impact talent delivery. You will transform recruiting from a transactional service into a strategic partnership, chair workforce planning, and align capacity with business strategy and financial goals, driving data-backed hiring decisions across Customer

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
4+ years leading recruiting teams within high-growth technology organizations.
Experience supporting customer-facing and GTM functions with strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead a regional recruitment team across North America and EMEA.
Partner with SVP and C-suite to deliver talent strategies.
Synthesize recruitment metrics and market trends into executive summaries and actionable hiring plans.
Drive workforce planning, capacity modeling, and delivery projections aligned with business strategy.
