This role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, data-driven hiring, and the ability to align recruitment with business goals while driving operational rigor

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• 4+ years leading recruiting teams within high-growth technology organizations.
• Experience developing senior ICs and managers through coaching and career development.
• Ability to drive operational change and influence cross-regional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting recruiting for customer-facing and GTM functions across multiple business units.
• Trusted advisor to SVP and C-suite executives with data-driven storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing regional team of recruiters in North America with regional leadership in EMEA.
• Provide coaching to recruiters, solve complex problems, and present data-backed recommendations.
• Drive pipeline health, operational consistency, and high execution standards across GTM units.
• Partner with SVP and C-suite leaders to align recruitment strategy with business priorities.
• Synthesize market trends and talent pipelines into executive summaries and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with regional talent leaders to maintain global visibility and a unified narrative.
• Own workforce planning, capacity modeling, and delivery projections in alignment with business strategy and finance.
