You will own the TA tooling roadmap, partner with People Analytics for predictive talent intelligence, and redesign processes to elevate operational rigor while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading recruiting operations initiatives with measurable impact.
• 3+ years of people management and coaching capabilities.
• Deep experience with TA tooling, automation, and AI in workflows.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate metrics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for CoreOps within Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee TA tooling modernization, onboarding/offboarding and ROI evaluation.
• Partner with People Analytics to define recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• Redesign core processes to improve operational rigor and governance.
• Ensure policy, data privacy, and compliance across initiatives.
• Mentor a junior team and drive delivery of high-priority projects.
