Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the RecOps vision and strategy across CoreOps pillars.
• Own TA tooling roadmap and modernization, including automation and AI initiatives.
• Champion predictive talent intelligence with analytics and self-service reporting.
• Redesign recruiting processes to improve operational rigor across the hiring lifecycle.
