You will mentor a relatively junior team, own enterprise-wide workflows, and champion data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives, with 3+ years in people management.
• Deep expertise with recruiting tech and tooling ROI evaluation.
• Experience redesigning complex processes with cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on data fluency using spreadsheets for ad-hoc reporting and insights.
• Ability to drive autonomous execution and governance across global laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RecOps Team with a clear vision and strategic roadmap across CoreOps pillars.
• Own the TA tooling roadmap and modernization, including discovery, implementation, onboarding, and evaluation of tools.
• Champion predictive talent intelligence with People Analytics and develop self-service reporting.
• Redesign recruiting processes to improve operational rigor across the hiring lifecycle.
• Oversee governance and compliance, aligning with security, legal, and People teams.
• Mentor and develop a junior team to align with TA strategy.
