MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations to lead the RecOps team and shape the strategy, governance, and tooling roadmap that underpins scalable, high-velocity hiring across the organization.

You will partner with HR Tech and People Analytics to drive data-driven decisions, redesign recruiting workflows, and mentor a growing team while ensuring compliance and alignment with global policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading recruiting operations initiatives and 3+ years in people management
• Deep expertise with recruiting technologies and tooling roadmaps (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, Metaview)
• Hands-on data fluency; comfortable with Google Sheets formulas for ad-hoc reporting
• Proven ability to redesign workflows and align with cross-functional People teams
• Strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration across leadership levels
• Familiarity with TA policy, governance and global regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

• Lead the RecOps Team: drive vision and strategy for CoreOps, align with TA and business goals
• Own the TA tooling roadmap and RecTech modernization; manage the tech stack, vendor relationships, and tooling evaluations
• Champion predictive talent intelligence; partner with People Analytics to drive metrics and self-service reporting
• Redesign core recruiting processes to improve operational rigor across the hiring lifecycle
• Drive governance and compliance across initiatives, aligning with security, legal and People teams
• Mentor and develop a junior team, ensuring deliverables meet overarching TA strategy
