Job summary

Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance and is scaling its GTM team globally. We are hiring a GTM Associate Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across SDRs and GTM roles in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.

You will coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a high-velocity, high-quality process in close collaboration with GTM leadership. You’ll act as the main candidate touchpoint, uphold a fast-paced, attentive experience, and drive recruiting operations with Ashby and modern tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and sound judgment; proactive problem solver.
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools.
• Comfort working across time zones with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end.
• Support SDRs and GTM Associates hiring across regions.
• Coordinate interview logistics across time zones for speed and precision.
• Maintain candidate experience as a primary contact.
• Ensure timely interview feedback and pipeline health.
• Synthesize insights for hiring teams from reference checks.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to align on priorities and improvements.
