Job summary

sunday is seeking a Global GTM Program Manager to coordinate go-to-market programs across the US, UK, and France. You’ll unify territory design, capacity planning, and reporting to support the company’s path toward $100M revenue.

You’ll work with regional GTM Ops leads and specialists in compensation and data/reporting to turn global strategy into aligned, executable programs. Travel to hubs in London, Paris, New York, and Atlanta is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in go-to-market or revenue operations.
• Skilled in building and modeling complex Excel templates.
• Proficient in Salesforce for territory, capacity, compensation, and reporting.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives on schedule.
• Experience across geographies and time zones with global consistency.
• Willingness to travel regularly to global hubs.

Responsibilities

• Territory design and modeling across US/UK/France.
• Lead global capacity planning with regional inputs.
• TAM analysis and market prioritization globally.
• Develop prospecting guides and targets with regional nuance.
• Coordinate compensation planning and quotas across regions.
• Manage global reporting infrastructure projects.
• Create and maintain Excel templates and models.
• Bridge US/UK/France GTM Ops and align standards.
