Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a senior program leader to own global GTM planning cadence and cross-functional alignment across strategy, operations and execution.

You will drive target setting, capacity planning, territory design, quota deployment, and demand generation to deliver predictable revenue outcomes. The role demands executive-facing communication, management of complex programs, and collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business/ops field or related
• 8+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM planning
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility
• Deep understanding of sales planning, revenue planning, and GTM operations in tech/SaaS
• Proven ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and decision frameworks
• Strong communication skills for translating complex discussions into decisions
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive materials
• Experience with program management tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Office
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global GTM planning cadence and alignment across target setting, capacity, segmentation, territory design, quota deployment, and demand generation
• Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating planning workstreams and milestones
• Lead creation of executive-ready planning materials for faster, higher-quality decisions
• Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, Marketing, Partners, Field, and Systems teams for aligned inputs/outputs
• Orchestrate planning governance with decision tracking and accountability frameworks
• Deliver strategic planning initiatives and system implementations to improve scalability
• Manage external partners and vendors to meet timelines and requirements
• Drive adoption of planning tools through rollout, training, and change management
• Continuously improve planning processes by clarifying ownership and introducing scalable frameworks
