Job summary

sunday is seeking a Global GTM Program Manager to coordinate cross-border GTM programs across the US, UK, and France. You’ll design territories, plan capacity, shape compensation, and drive reporting in a unified global motion.

Expect travel to hubs in London, Paris, New York, and Atlanta as the team scales toward $100M. Reporting to the US Go-to-Market Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll unify templates and workstreams, aligning regional needs with global standards while maintaining timelines and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
• Experience building and modeling complex templates and processes in Excel, independently and at a hands-on level.
• Comfort navigating Salesforce to pull the information needed to support territory, capacity, compensation, and reporting programs.
• A strong track record running multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives to completion, holding timelines and accountability across teams that don’t report to you.

Responsibilities

• Territory Design & Modeling: lead territory design and modeling across US, UK, and France.
• Global Capacity Planning: lead the capacity-planning process as a single, globally uniform project.
• Market Prioritization & TAM Analysis: lead TAM sizing and market-prioritization globally.
• Prospecting Guides & Targets: coordinate development and rollout of prospecting guides and targets across regions.
• Compensation Planning Coordination: coordinate compensation planning, quotas, and targets across the global team.
• Reporting Infrastructure Program Management: manage global reporting infrastructure initiatives and timelines.
• Template & Model Building: build and maintain Excel-based templates and models.
• Cross-Border Stakeholder Management: align US, UK, France GTM Ops with shared standards.
