Job summary

Henry Schein One is seeking a Principal Architect for Go-to-Market Systems to own the technical vision of the GTM platform, spanning Salesforce and related tooling. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor architects and developers, and partner with business leaders to align roadmaps with enterprise goals.

The role emphasizes data architecture, integration, and scalable solutions, with hands-on design for the most complex initiatives and a focus on enabling faster, higher-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise applications and GTM systems architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Data architecture, modeling, governance, and interoperability experience.
• Ability to define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and lead development best practices.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture vision for GTM systems, spanning Salesforce and GTM tooling.
• Translate the GTM roadmap into concrete architectural designs and execution plans.
• Identify and close architectural gaps that create fragility, redundancy, or silos.
• Own the data architecture that supports smarter selling and data flows between systems.
• Engage with teams to understand friction and architecture gaps in practice.
• Lead design and hands-on development on high-complexity initiatives, including integrations and data architecture.
• Evaluate tools and platforms for fit and scalability, and recommend buy/build/retire decisions.
• Provide code review, technical oversight, and coaching to architects, admins, and developers.
• Partner with the architecture team to align decisions with the enterprise vision.
