Qualifications

• 5+ years working with Data & AI tech including AI/ML, analytics, databases, or storage.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Ability to influence leadership and translate requirements into strategy.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and scale the go-to-market motion across geographies, segments, and industries.
• Monitor field insights and market signals to shape product roadmap and GTM positioning.
• Own migration and modernization pipeline for AWS Database services with accountability for ARR metrics.
• Build scalable field enablement assets and self-service content for win acceleration.
• Craft compelling field narratives on modernization against competition and business value.
• Lead deep technical discovery with DBAs and engineering leaders and articulate licensing optimization.
• Translate field feedback into roadmap inputs for product and engineering teams.
• Track and report Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity and win/loss metrics.
