The role blends technical fluency with strategic influence, partnering across WW Specialist Solutions Architecture, Sales Acceleration, Service Teams, Partner & Marketplace, Marketing, and geo leadership to scale programs and maximize AWS as the destination for intelligent

Qualifications

5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, Analytics, Database, Storage).
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at organizational level.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Define, refine, and scale the go-to-market motion across geographies, segments, and industries.
Monitor field insights, demand signals, competitive win/loss patterns, and licensing market shifts to shape roadmap and GTM.
Own migration and modernization pipeline across AWS Database services with accountability for Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, and win rates.
Build assets for field enablement at scale: value propositions, migration playbooks, licensing workshops, battle cards, discovery scripts, prospecting content.
Craft field narrative for why modernize now and why AWS over competition, grounded in economics and customer proof points.
Lead deep technical discovery with DBAs and engineering leaders, advise on licensing optimization and managed database benefits.
Synthesize field feedback and customer requests into input for product and engineering roadmaps.
Track Created ARR, Launched ARR, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and partner contribution for leadership reporting.
