Kong is seeking a Senior Director, GTM People Business Partner to lead the people strategy for our global go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and sitting on the CRO’s leadership team, you will partner with Direct Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales & Business Development, Channels, Revenue Operations and Enablement across Americas, EMEA and APJ.

• 12+ years in People or HR leadership with CRO-level partner experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CRO and GTM leaders to translate revenue plans into people plans.
• Design and align GTM org structure, roles, leveling and compensation.
• Lead headcount planning and hiring reviews with Finance and Talent Acquisition.
• Govern sales compensation planning, quotas, and pay-mix benchmarks.
• Build GTM people dashboards and present data at leadership meetings.
• Coach and develop sales leaders; build succession plans for revenue leadership.
• Drive retention, ramp, and performance management across regions.
