Job summary

Prove is hiring a People Business Partner in New York to serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership. You’ll align talent Strategy with revenue growth, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops, and scale revenue teams with a focus on engagement and development.

You will partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to drive organizational effectiveness and time-to-productivity for new hires, ensuring a high‑performing culture that

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience.
• Experience with GTM teams including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and related functions.
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
• Promote and enhance cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships & Organizational Effectiveness: build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and align People initiatives with business goals.
• GTM - Org Design and Workforce planning: advise on structure, spans/layers, leadership capacity, and headcount investments.
• Oversee performance management processes and coach leaders through change.
• Provide day-to-day counsel on employment matters, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Collaborate with the People team on large projects and initiatives.
• Address organizational challenges such as reorganizations and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of current employment law to guide employees and managers.
