ClickHouse is seeking a Principal-level Solution Architect to own global SA onboarding and technical sales enablement. You will design and execute onboarding programs for SAs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, and define ramp milestones with clear time-to-productivity metrics.

You will also own the enablement calendar, run product-launch readiness, and build a robust competitive and architecture curriculum to support field teams worldwide.

Formación

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying role.
• 8+ years in solutions engineering or enablement.
• Deep hands-on data fluency: SQL, OLAP, data warehousing.
• Experience running POCs and defending technical positions.
• Proven program design and delivery.
• Global collaboration across AMER, EMEA and APJ.
• Strong communication, writing and public speaking.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run global onboarding across AMER, EMEA and APJ.
• Define ramp milestones and certification; publish time-to-productivity metrics.
• Coordinate regional cohorts and live sessions across time zones.
• Own the global enablement plan and calendar; align field leadership.
• Run product-launch readiness with Product and PMM teams.
• Build competitive and architecture curriculum; battlecards and playbooks.
• Extend enablement to adjacent technical roles as needed.
• Analyze signals to identify skill gaps and prioritize fixes.
• Close loop by feeding insights to Product, PMM and Sales leadership.
• Own enablement tooling and content repositories; ensure single source of truth.
• Activate SME communities and peer-teaching across regions.
• Spend ~10% of time in customer-facing moments; deliver live sessions.
