Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. GTM Specialist to drive adoption of AI-powered tools within seller workflows across global Ads Sales teams.

You will own end-to-end workflow optimization, mapping seller processes and identifying efficiency opportunities, translating needs into compelling product requirements. Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable enablement programs, measure impact, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity and revenue for 3,000+ global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in GTM, BD, sales, or consulting.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and analyze data for enablement strategies.
MBA and knowledge of general AI tools.
Experience using Salesforce.
Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs.
Experience driving adoption of new tools.
Experience identifying and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

Map and optimize end-to-end seller workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
Build unified messaging for tools and AI capabilities within workflows.
Design and execute scaled enablement programs for 3,000+ sellers.
Collect and synthesize multi-channel feedback and translate into requirements.
Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of AI-powered workflows.
