Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sr. GTM Specialist to drive adoption of AI-powered tools within global Ads Sales workflows. You will map seller processes, craft messaging, and lead scalable enablement programs affecting 3,000+ sellers worldwide.

Collaborating with Sales leadership, Tech and Science teams, you will translate data into practical product requirements and manage change across continents to boost productivity and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive enablement strategies from data.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize end-to-end seller workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Create unified messaging for tools and AI capabilities within workflows.
• Design and execute scaled enablement programs for 3,000+ sellers.
• Collect and translate multi-channel feedback into prioritized requirements.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption of new AI-powered workflows.
