Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Sr. GTM Specialist to drive adoption of AI-powered tools within global Ads Sales workflows.

You will own end-to-end workflow optimization, map seller processes, and craft compelling positioning to improve productivity and revenue impact for 3,000+ sellers. You will partner with Sales leadership, Tech, and Science to translate analytics into enablement programs, influencing senior stakeholders across continents and time zones with a strong bias for execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience influencing senior level stakeholders.
Strong data-driven enablement and feedback analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Map and optimize seller workflows and identify efficiency opportunities; inform Tech/Science requirements.
Create unified messaging for tools and AI capabilities within workflows.
Design and run scaled enablement programs for 3,000+ sellers; develop training content.
Collect and synthesize multi-channel feedback to drive product requirements.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption of AI-powered workflows across regions.
