Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leader to own high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.

You will translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross-functional programs, and leverage data and experimentation to drive growth and profitability globally. You will partner with Product, Finance, Strategy, and Supply to shape Agoda's growth agenda, build dashboards, and provide executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, pricing, analytics, or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies across pricing, channels, and acquisition.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and measurement approaches.
• Analyze large datasets and build dashboards for executive visibility.
• Model business impact and support planning around P&L and growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Strategy, and Supply to align and execute.
• Build scalable playbooks and processes across markets and partners.
• Mentor team members and foster a test-and-learn culture.
