Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a key partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team. This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence to drive revenue across whitelabel brands.

You'll work with partner marketing, regional teams, and Agoda's product and commercial groups to align marketing plans with business goals, build measurable programs, and influence cross-functional decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with attribution models and incrementality measurement.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 2–3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Develop annual marketing roadmap and budget planning.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Design experimentation roadmap and analytics framework.
