Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership with full P&L ownership. You will guide a team, shape marketing strategy, and drive revenue growth through data-informed decisions across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and other channels.

In partnership with regional teams and Agoda’s product and commercial teams, you will optimize budgets, measure performance, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Experience in performance marketing and ROI optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy and influence ROI targets for the partnership.
• Own full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing specialists; establish OKRs.
• Oversee channel strategy, budgeting, and experimentation roadmap.
• Synthesize insights for executive-level decision making.
