Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with experimentation and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for pricing and customer acquisition.
• Lead experimentation roadmaps including A/B tests.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments.
• Mentor and develop team members.
