Job summary

Amex GBT is expanding its outbound training efforts across North America, EMEA and APAC by designing onboarding boot camps and certification programs that accelerate reps to live calling productivity.

This role partners with regional leaders and external trainers to build data-driven scorecards, coaching priorities, and growth paths for SDRs and future leaders, while managing training budgets and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the new hire boot camp to accelerate productivity.
• Define readiness criteria and measurement for certification.
• Adapt the program for different segments and regions.
• Review scorecards and call insights to identify where outbound methods are used and where training would help.
• Turn findings into training and coaching priorities for leaders.
• Build and evolve rep scorecards with the Outbound Performance manager who provides the data.
• Help leaders use the scorecards and coach consistently without being chased.
• Coordinate external trainers and decide using data where they spend time in refresh and advisory sessions.
• Identify where more training investment would pay off and justify it.
• Manage the training budget.
• Build and run SDR to AE boot camps and future leaders boot camps.
• Lead culture initiatives and recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviors.
• Help build clear growth paths for people within the SDR role and into other roles.
• Own coordination for all trainings and events including venues, travel and meals; delegate to support where appropriate.
• Work with regional leaders so programs fit how their teams operate.
