Job summary

Amex GBT is building its outbound training team across North America, EMEA and APAC, investing in external training to boost productivity and inclusive culture.

The role leads onboarding, certification, and ongoing training programs, coordinating internal and external sessions, and partnering with regional leaders to tailor programs.

Location: United States. Base US salary range: $88,200.00 - $163,800.00. Role may include a sales incentive plan; benefits vary by program and location.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the new hire boot camp to speed up live calls and productivity.
• Define ready/certified criteria and how it is measured.
• Adapt training programs for different segments/regions without separate builds.
• Review scorecards and call insights to identify gaps.
• Create coaching priorities and coach leadership teams consistently.
• Coordinate external trainers and manage the training budget.
• Build SDR-to-AE boot camps and the future leaders program.
• Lead culture initiatives and recognition to reinforce desired behaviors.
