Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Manager, Outbound Development to own the training strategy and drive faster onboarding for new hires. The role partners across North America, EMEA and APAC to ensure coaching aligns with data and company goals, while building programs that retain top talent.

The position focuses on onboarding, certification, and making training stick across segments, regions and teams, with logistics support and a strong emphasis on leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and certification: Design and run the new hire boot camp, define ready/certified criteria, tailor programs for segments/regions.
• Making training stick: Review scorecards and call insights, set coaching priorities, evolve rep scorecards with data help.
• External training partners and investment: Coordinate trainers, decide where to spend time in refresh/advisory sessions, manage the training budget.
• Careers and culture: Run boot camps for SDR to AE and future leaders, drive culture initiatives and recognition, map growth paths.
• Logistics: Coordinate trainings and events including venues, travel and meals, align with regional needs.
