American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Training and Certification Lead for the outbound team in the United States. You will design onboarding boot camps, define readiness criteria, and tailor programs across regions to accelerate new-hire productivity for Mid-Market, Enterprise, and GMN segments.

You will monitor scorecards, translate insights into coaching priorities, coordinate external trainers, manage the training budget, and build SDR-to-AE career paths while leading culture

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to build coaching metrics and scorecards
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Design and run onboarding boot camp so reps start live calls sooner and reach full productivity faster
• Define readiness criteria and measurement, adapt programs for segments/regions
• Review scorecards and call insights to identify training needs and coaching priorities
• Coordinate external trainers, manage budget, and justify investments in training
• Build SDR to AE boot camps and lead culture initiatives and growth paths
• Own logistics for trainings and events including venues travel and meals, with regional alignment
