Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a Vice President of Global Growth to lead the growth engine across markets, regions, and customer types. You will own pipeline generation and the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities, reporting to the CRO and guiding a cross-functional Growth Leadership Team.

You will build an attribution framework, accelerate experiments, and align programs with explicit pipeline goals while managing a global, diverse team and agency relationships.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning and growing qualified pipeline in an enterprise technology business with complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
• Quantitative fluency and sound judgment with imperfect data; build funnel models, test attribution, and design experiments.
• Experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion with strong conversion economics.
• Deep full-funnel expertise from awareness to pipeline outcomes including sales handoffs.
• Experience building multitouch attribution, marketing analytics, and forecasting models.
• Disciplined experimentation with AI-enabled targeting, content velocity, and measurement controls.
• Experience leading demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, digital, and field marketing with strong data analytics.
• Applied AI fluency showing impact on campaign ops, targeting, content velocity, or attribution with quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate revenue targets into a scalable pipeline generation plan across markets, regions, offerings, and customer types.
• Identify bottlenecks in the journey from awareness to qualified opportunities and optimize handoffs with Sales.
• Lead the full demand generation engine by integrating ABM, lifecycle, and digital activities to meet pipeline goals.
• Build and evolve digital and lifecycle capabilities including paid search, social, SEO, landing pages, and reactivation.
• Increase experimentation velocity and use AI to accelerate targeting, content production, and forecasting.
• Develop the Growth organization’s operating cadence, hire and nurture leaders, and manage budgets and agency relationships.
