Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization. This AI-forward role directs strategy, aligns Marketing with Sales, Solutions, and Product, and drives priority growth opportunities across the enterprise.

The leader will oversee a large, global team, sponsor cross-functional initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue, and represent Growth Marketing to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with senior leadership.
• Experience leading large global marketing organizations with cross-functional leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying decisions and long sales cycles.
• Experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Strong experience guiding ABM with Sales and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise buyers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI in marketing, including working with AI agents.
• Ability to lead globally distributed teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy and ensure measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue.
• Lead a large, global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing tech.
• Set enterprise priorities and guide leaders to focus on high-value growth opportunities.
• Oversee an integrated growth operating model with clear goals, decision rights, and performance measures.
• Advise the executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, growth investments, and GTM priorities.
• Develop and empower strong leaders, building a collaborative global organization with shared accountability.
• Position Growth Marketing as a core part of Rocket’s revenue engine with repeatable go-to-market plays.
• Partner with ABM and Solutions/Customer Marketing leaders on ICP, segmentation, and activation of growth plays.
