Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a VP of Global Growth to lead the next stage of expansion, building a global growth organization that delivers repeatable, scalable, and efficient growth. You will own global pipeline generation across the company and the customer journey from awareness through to a sales-accepted opportunity.

You will report to the CRO and lead teams across growth strategy, digital and lifecycle marketing, ABM, field marketing, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning and growing qualified pipeline in enterprise technology.
• Quantitative fluency with data-driven decision making and funnel optimization.
• Experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion with strong ROI insight.
• Deep full-funnel expertise from awareness to opportunity creation and handoffs.
• Applied AI fluency to improve campaigns, targeting, and attribution with quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation plan across markets, regions, offerings, and customer types.
• Map buyer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and optimize stage entry/exit criteria.
• Lead the full demand generation engine and connect events, content, and sales outreach to pipeline goals.
• Build digital and lifecycle capabilities, including paid/organic search, AI discovery, landing pages, and nurture.
• Increase experimentation velocity with AI-powered targeting and efficient campaign operations.
• Develop and lead a high-performing growth team, manage budget and agency relationships.
• Advise CRO/CEO on pipeline performance, investments, and market opportunities.
