Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a VP of Global Growth to architect scalable demand and accelerate revenue across NA, APAC, and EMEA. You will own global pipeline generation, map entry to exit criteria, and lead growth strategy across marketing, ABM, field, and analytics.

Reporting to the CRO and joining the Growth Leadership Team, you will build a high-performance team, establish attribution, experimentation, and funnel visibility, and guide investments across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and growing qualified pipeline in an enterprise technology business with long sales cycles.
• Ability to build funnel models, test attribution, and evaluate acquisition economics.
• Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and customer expansion with strong payback insight.
• Deep full-funnel expertise from awareness to pipeline outcomes and sales handoffs.
• Experience building multitouch attribution, analytics, and forecasting models.
• Discipline in experimentation and translating insights into pipeline improvements.
• Experience leading demand generation, performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, digital, and regional/field marketing with strong operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation plan and translate targets into regional and market-specific requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in the buyer journey and improve handoffs with Sales.
• Lead a coordinated demand generation engine across global pods and channels.
• Build digital and lifecycle capabilities including paid/organic search, AI discovery, and landing page optimization.
• Increase experimentation velocity and use AI to accelerate targeting and content production.
• Develop the team, manage budget, and establish operating rhythm with accountability.
• Advise the CRO and leadership on pipeline performance, investments, and market opportunities.
