Job summary

Rocket Software seeks a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization. This AI-forward leadership role sets growth direction and aligns Marketing with Sales, Solutions, Product, and the executive team to maximize pipeline and bookings.

The VP will oversee a large, global team, drive enterprise GTM priorities, and sponsor cross-functional initiatives to accelerate opportunities and revenue. Strong leadership and ABM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing with senior leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying, buying committees, and long sales cycles.
• Proven track record leading global growth, demand, revenue or integrated marketing orgs.
• Experience guiding ABM leaders and partnering with Sales, Product and Revenue Ops.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Set global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Lead a global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and tech.
• Advise executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, and GTM priorities.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Solutions and Customer Marketing.
• Lead AI-forward marketing initiatives and adoption across teams.
